VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Campus Chase requires approximately 100 volunteers to make each event possible. Volunteering for this interactive, fast-paced event can be very exciting. Assistance at any level would be appreciated. If you are Fun, Energetic, and Enthusiastic, and are interested in Volunteering for a Campus Chase event please fill out the form below.

Below is a list of volunteering opportunities:

• Registration and Start/Finish Line Festivities: Assistance will be required for Team Registration to ensure that all of the participants have what they need for a great day in the city. Help is also needed with the execution of the Start / Finish Line Festivities including: set up, greeters, VIP area, prizing, tear down, maybe even massage coordination.
• ChasePoints: This is where we need the largest compliment of volunteers. This is a great way to get a taste of the race and interact with all competitors. Stationed at various locations along the course, you will be responsible for helping to staff the ChasePoints. As participants complete the challenges you will be responsible for stamping their passports and recording their times in the ChasePoint log. In addition you will be responsible for communicating the necessary updates to Campus Chase headquarters.
• Pre-Event Promotion: Help is needed to spread the word across the campus. Everything from onsite promotional events, getting student groups involved and helping to run mock ChasePoints to gain interest of the students.
• Pre-Event Preparation: There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes and this is a great way to learn more about event coordination. Throughout the week prior to the event you will be called upon for various tasks. Tasks could include helping stuff race-kits, participant bags and coordination of equipment. This is a great way to get a taste of the race and interact with other volunteers and race organizers.
• Event Organization: We are always looking for energetic people to help to design the regional events. If you have any ChasePoint Challenge ideas or think that there is a venue that should be incorporated in a particular city, please feel free to email campusguru@citychase.com
